I hope by now you know this business of ours is and always will be about connecting and serving people just like you. From cutting out wedding magazine images as a little girl, to organizing sorority events in college, I have always had a strong passion for design and event planning. When most of my friends wanted to climb the corporate ladder, I wanted to plan and design beautiful celebrations that bring people joy.

Before weddings, I worked at Target as a store manager. As stressful and demanding as my time at Target was, it taught me how to effectively manage a team, solve problems quickly, and the value of providing a great client experience - all of which have been invaluable to me as a wedding planner. I started Tara Nicole Weddings in 2010 and left Target in 2013. In 2015, I expanded our team and together we've been producing beautiful, highly-personalized weddings ever since. When I am not planning weddings with my fabulous team, I enjoy cooking, fitness, watching Netflix and spending time with my husband, Jimmy, and two little girls, Alessandra (Ali) and Katelyn.

At Tara Nicole Weddings we believe working together shouldn’t feel like a process but an experience – one where you feel understood and cared for throughout every step and with every detail. We don’t just pull out a few spreadsheets or look at Pinterest to plan and design a wedding. We get to know each client on an intimate level so we can plan and design a wedding that is unique to them.
Our process is refined, well oiled, and designed to suit the unique needs and crazy-busy schedules of our couples. With over 10 years of experience, we've seen a lot and we know exactly what it takes to ensure your day runs smoothly. We make planning simple, efficient, and --most importantly-- fun!

Allie joined Tara Nicole Weddings in 2015 and has over 10 years of planning weddings as well as large corporate events/meetings in Indiana, across the United States, and internationally. In her free time, you'll find her tackling home renovation projects with her husband, Nick and Bernedoodle, Carl. She has a thriving skincare business with Rodan + Fields and loves being active outdoors, early morning workouts, being an aunt to two kiddos, hosting personal events with her friends, and traveling anywhere that offers exotic, warm weather, and fun!

Franny joined our team in 2019 and worked as a venue coordinator for 2 years prior to coming to Tara Nicole Weddings. In her free time, you'll find her going to live concerts and working out at Orange Theory. She loves spending time with her puppy, Winnie, her friends and family, checking out all the new hangouts in downtown Indy, reading, and being the coolest aunt to her nieces and nephews. Her sense of humor and down to earth personality will have you feeling so calm and relaxed for your wedding day!

Emma has been with Tara Nicole Weddings since 2016 and has over 10 years in the travel and event industry planning events/meetings in Indiana and across the United States. In her free time she loves to travel and watch Disney movies, FRIENDS re-runs, play board games and spend time with family and friends! Emma combined her love for travel and Disney and works as a full service travel advisor specializing in Disney destinations when she's not doing weddings. Emma loves to work with clients and help them determine the right individual touches for their event or vacation.

Aly has been with Tara Nicole Weddings since 2016 and has over 10 years in the tourism industry planning events/meetings in Indiana and across the United States. From grabbing last minute items the bride forgot, to sewing 5 bridesmaids into their dresses because every zipper broke, Aly's hard work and skill set make her a vital asset to the Tara Nicole Wedding team. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, attending the Colts games, and being a mom to two little boys! Fun fact - Aly also has the hidden talent of being a balloon artist!
